The Worst possible place you can think off. Stinking room and washroom. The checkin experience was horrible. Hotel was full of darkness and they made us to wait for 30 minutes outside the hotel on the road in so much cold. They were not picking up the phone made landline busy so that there staff can sleep peacefully while we waited. Fortunately one nearby shopkeeper helped he called the owner and finally the gate of hotel was opened for us. Bedsheet was soiled and used one having hairs and stains.
Best part of this hotel is the location. Sevoke Road is so nearby and also the locality is very lit with lots of food option petrol pump. The staff is very polite and very very helpful. Good option for bikers, as it offers a safe parking within the premise. Overall great experience!!
One of old and best hotel in siliguri in medium budget. Located in the heart of Siliguri junction area.
