Hotel is situated on the main road in between Kufri and Chail and in the valley side. View from super deluxe room is extraordinary. Room and washroom is also spacious and cleaned. Hotel having spacious dining area with tasty food. We enjoyed the stay

I booked this property for its location and ratings yes location is good for relaxation. Far from city. Basically i need a remote area for relaxation.. but rooms are cozy no fans or ac though you don't need any fan the temperature of this place named koti is quite good. We have our own bike so it's easy for us but if you don't have your own vehicle then I m not suggest this property.. Now, the rating part I don't know the people who are rating this hotel 4 star it's not even 1 star rating property.. food is pathetic and tasteless.. the breakfast option are only sandwiches which is also tasteless and the parathas on daily basis.. at the time of booking we give the 70% booking amount and rest i thought at the time of check out but the manager or care taker asking for money from the 1st day I also from hospitality industry but this happened with me 1st time .. there is no parking space available so you have to manage by your and if you have car may be you have to park your car away from hotel.. over all my experience is too bad

Overall, I had a good stay at Hotel Himalayan Escape. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the food was not that great. The staff was always willing to help with anything I needed. They were very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The food, however, was not as good as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited and the food was not very fresh. The dinner menu was more extensive, but the food was still not very good. The service was slow and the food was not what I expected for a hotel in this price range. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Himalayan Escape for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms. However, I would not recommend the hotel for its food. Here are some suggestions for improving the food at Hotel Himalayan Escape: Hire a new chef who can create more flavorful and interesting dishes. Update the breakfast buffet with more fresh and local ingredients. Offer a wider variety of dishes on the dinner menu. Speed up the service in the dining room. I hope that Hotel Himalayan Escape will take these suggestions into consideration and improve the food at their hotel. With a few changes, this hotel could be a great place to stay in Shimla.

Decent service . Good availability of option in the area in which it's situated. I mean surrounding have more shops as compared to other hotel and also many dhabas in this area. Nice view and moderate charge

The Super Deluxe room has an awesome view from the balcony and bathroom. The owner is and the staff is nice and cooperative. Staying here is recommended as per my experience.

Super nice hotel! Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Helsinki. The food is absolutely amazing - everything we tasted melted in other mouths. only one complain TV was not working. over all good. and the place.... A visit here will leave you to feel the serinity , peace and devotion in your heart. The beauty of the surroundings are pleasing to soul.

Room was spacious but was not clean ...no hygiene food was delayed .no . Buffet service they don't have any restaurant not recommended

Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of mountain ranges from room is great. Food was good (but some items on menu were not available). However, the service was not upto mark. We had to follow up with the staff multiple times to get something and they often forgot a thing or two. In winter, heater is available but at extra cost (For us, it was Rs 400 per night per room). Overall it was just a ok-ok stay.
