I was recommended this hotel by my friend and the usp was the breakfast. And i did like the breakfast and their service. The rooms were also clean and all the necessary requirements were provided.
A very refreshing experience. We stopped at Bongaigaon looking for a nice Indian meal with my family and gladly found this place, located right next to the highways. The food was top notch, no doubt, the quantity given and the prices were reasonable. Apart from that the kind of service given by the staff was the best I have seen.. 100% recommended this place for dining if you want a good experience, tasty food at good prices. Highly recommended for people travelling with family. A shoutout to the staff who not just did their duty but went over and above to babysit the baby with us so that we could finish our meal.. I don't know her name but that lady staff deserves a raise for her prompt service!
Visited the restaurant... food was good but siting chairs and dining table are not up to the mark , discomfort, didn't get hygienic spoon and fork. Charging extra money from fixed MRP water bottle of bisleri... overall not satisfied
Worst hotel of all time , even dal tastes so bad . The guy at counter is busy playing cards in his counter. And the waiters don't even pack the food if you tell them to , they just give you a bowl where you need to pack it yourself bruhhh. Moreover their customer service is very bad and they have too much attitude in themselves. And not even a single food tastes good. Felt very disappointed today........
Hotel is good (nice rooms, service is also nice, food is also average) Breakfast is really good (chole bhature is very tasty) And humne dinner Kiya tha veg fried rice with pork curry (veg fried rice is average bt pork is not so good but pork is my favourite so that's why Maine kha liya )

Recently visited the restaurant and had a very bitter experience. I ordered for 3 plates of briyani and they serve in a single bowl. The quantity of briyani was absolutely less. Finally I was forced to order one more plate of briyani.Similarly I ordered for 2 plates of chicken curry and again they served in one bowl. Describing in single word, this was an absolute fraud run by the restaurant. How come, a restaurant can serve 3 bowl of briyani in a single bowl and same goes with the chicken curry.
My experience at your restaurant was awful. The waiters just couldn't wait to pick up the plates and bowls while we were still on our seats eating. I don't know what is the thought process behind this kind of behaviour and training but I and my family found it to be very disrespectful. Taking away the plates while the guest is still eating is ridiculous. There was still food left on the bowl. Your waiter was standing right next to us while we were taking our last few bites. Why???? The joy of spending a good time with my family was turned into a very unpleasant experience because of your incompetent and disrespectful staff. Do better.
