Hotel ambience is good but over all having issue of service & price. I have seen first hotel it don't have fix rate. Price vary a lot online rate is 4000 only while they charge 6000+850 for extra bed. Informing that with tax it's more but they don't show price. If you left over anything at hotel just forget it as they don't return and confirm. Just book hotel online as on reception they took uncertain pricing.
How should I begin.. Extremely rude and high handed reception staff..
In the name of heritage hotel they are selling old,shabby unkempt rooms with broken bathroom tiles.

Breakfast and the views from hotel was exceptional. Not value for money and will leave u with a bad taste.. Highly avoidable hotel.
Very rude staff and non-cooperative. We came early and just asked for a room where we can freshen up. Since we have females with us, it becomes all the way more difficult.
Despite the staff telling us that they can allocate us one room for freshening up, another man (possibly the manager) denied giving us any room.
Very poor hospitality standards. The property can be nice but the ethics are very wrong.
Rooms are okay for being a 3-star hotel. But the hotel is very beautiful and a great place to explore. Has a scenic route and is in a great location at the top. But I didn't like the service as when we wanted plates to have our ordered food, we had to pay for them and all we got was disposable plates. Rest was good.
We stayed at hilltop during our visit to udaipur. Early check in was requested and considered. Staff were fully cooperative. Fateh Sager lake view was the main recipe of the hotel. Morning buffet breakfast was ok type. Rooftop restaurant has beautiful scenic view. Dinner prices on an average 2400 for 2 person ( non alcoholic).
Travelling for the first time to Udaipur and booked this place with very high hopes. However, the hospitality turned out to be very disappointing. The staff is very rude and inhospitable.
Would rather book a lower class hotel where at least they know how to treat their guests.
Worst level of service, I reached out to them for a dinner of 6 people near 9:00 pm but they said it's an alert system so you have to just come and order it.
We reached at 9:30 and we were told to order all the status main course and drink as soon as we landed because at 10:00 p.m. their kitchen is shutting down.
Before our starter was finished the main course was served on the table as their staff was going home. During the wait we asked to go to the roof for a night's photos with family and the manager told me ok but only for 10 minutes. Now when I complained about all this ( main course served before starters were finished and a continuous urge by the staff for closing) he responded you took 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes.
Amazing place to stay with family. This hotel is located on the top of lake fatehsagar. Awesome Lake view from the rooms.
