We visited this at the closing time on Sunday night. Took a bit long for our order of Butter Chicken and honestly speaking the wait wasn't worth it. Not the great butter chicken but all I could say is just ok. Average food quality overall considering the rice that we had taken parcel.
After entering into hotel and seen empty seats thought it won't be that good but it was completely opposite of what we thought. We ordered Masala Papad, Veg mashroom kolhapuri, butter roti, dal fry , jeera rice , mutton kolhapuri and everything was very delicious. The hotel situated next to road in Igatpuri. Must recommend for those who travel by Kasara Igatpuri road,....
Great food, with excellent service. Catered their buffet style for a family retreat and everything came out tasty and in large quantity.
With the prime location that is has this is a really disappointing hotel. The food is average, place is understaffed and untrained so expect your patience to be tested. Menu cards are like 1 for every 4 tables. Do check the bill as well as the waiters tend to take your order on tissue papers and there could be discrepancy at billing. There isn't any other option on this side of the road towards Mumbai so do plan accordingly. I'd avoid.

Chicken Kolhapuri was good and Kaju curry was good too. But if you have come for a proper nonveg chicken meal so order chicken handi that will be better.
I've been visiting this restaurant since more than 4 years. But 12th Oct 2023 was last time I'm doing so. Very unprofessional staff. Worst food quality now (once upon a time i used to recommend this restaurant), The restaurant is renovated but lacks hygiene. I ordered Paneer Kolhapuri & Sev Bhaji. The chef was on a leave I guess. I received turmeric water with few pieces of stale paneer. No veggies, pathetic taste. Cheap quality butter used on Rotis. Guests coming from Mystic Valley never ever think again to have food here. Guests coming with family.. a biggg NOOO. Better go empty stomach rather than coming here, eating garbage & arguing with the most unprofessional waiters.
The food was nice. But the staff takes time to take the order. My husband likes this food ( chicken ).

The place and view is amazing. The facility is convenient and food served all meals was well including bifurcation of Jain and non Jain. Amazing mesmerizing view.
The property is excellent. We went as 5 families and had a blast here The pool is good Staff managing the property is wry co-operative . Service takes a little time as it is slightly away from kitchen. Fun place to be . Just one caution - wet stairs
One of the best villa in igatpuri. We stayed in sky waters olive. Also the service was amazing. Owais and Satyam the managers of property look personally into our stay for smooth check-in and check-out
Air villa was awesome. Away from city. Peace of mind. You have to carry your own speakers for music. There are lot of restaurants available outside on main highway nearby to order food. Fridge and kitchen available if you want to cook your own food.

The rooms are neat and clean and the view is BREATHTAKING! They have a beautiful large hallway on each floor from where you can witness the beautiful majestic valley and the train passing through them. The owner and staff is very friendly and caring.
Location is very good. Great view of highway as well as valley. But not so clean place. Not good for family. But if u want to get drunk with ur friends its good. No changes in hotel from last 10 to 15 years. Food not available.
