Hotel Hillton Inn - Hotel in Gandhinagar - Gandhinagar, India

Very good business hotel with excellent staff and amazing service. Staff in the lounge, Restaurant, Security and reception were exceptional and helped my father all the way. The food at the restaurant is very good as well. The 2 challenges were that the room's A/C was not as effective. Set it at 20 degrees but felt like 24 in the room. The second problem was, with all the traffic changes getting in and out has become a bit painful. Overall a very good experience except minor annoyances.

My stay at Hotel was exceptional. The elegant rooms, impeccable service, and attention to detail made it a remarkable experience. The dining options were fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend XYZ Hotel for a truly indulgent stay.

The rooms was okay. But the basic process was not followed. I stayed there for 3 days and required a proof of my stay at the hotel on the letter head of the hotel. But the staff present could not provide me the same. They said the letter head is only available as a softcopy and is jntheri computer. And the computer is locked by the manager and he is not willing to share the password for the same in his absence. As per the staff manager did not visit the hotel during my 3 days stay and hence the required documents was given. Also I opted for room with free breakfast for which they have very limited 3-4 options. if you just want a average room to stay near GIFT city in gandhinagar, then this is fine. But I would recommend to not opt for free breakfast room as there are lot of eateries just below the hotel. And don't expect much help on any document work from the staff there.

It's located in kudasan reliance chokdi,,,,behind wow parlour nd 4 th floor....the room price is around 1500-2000 for different types of rooms and good view nd good service provided

Place is good but need improvement they are just lazy to do thing in the room i think they know their room will not get unfilled because of prime location which make them lazy anyway for the location you can stay their but if dont want to compromise stay and can travel in auto try finding some another place not worth it.

NEVER EVER COME IN THIS HOTEL AT THIS PRICE (2500 for a double seated room) The location itself was not suitable for families. It is located inside a complex which itself was so unhygienic. The lift to the hotel was in very bad condition . They have given us as Super Deluxe Room but rooms were a little more than dormitory. Rooms were very small. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty. Washrooms were too small and dirty. The washbasin was of the size of a bowl. The buckets and mugs were unusable. I want to give this hotel a negative rating if there had been a provision for doing so
