Hotel Hillspark - Hotel in Angamaly - Ernakulam, India

Kind of an interesting and very busy establishment right in front of the bus station and movie theater. It brings in lots of travelers who are looking for a quick meal or snacks or tea. The restaurant/ bakery is split into three separate sections. On one side you have the restaurant. The meal we had was unremarkable and a little stale but edible and was enough as a quick meal in between errands. The middle part is a very lavish bakery with so many items, especially frozen and chocolate items. We've been there a few times and you have a better choice if you come earlier in the day. By the time evening hits, the display cases are quite empty. They also have different ice cream shakes and options. The third section is the tea and coffee section. This is where it gets a little confusing. You have to go to the second section and pay for your tea or coffee, grab the receipt, and hand it over to the gentlemen who is making the tea. After you do it once, it's simple but the first time it was kind of confusing.

I booked for deluxe room but the provided me other room, I complained and changed the room All bedsheets and bathtowels are not fresh Don't book room with BF they are providing BF with a restaurant. They are charging 350 for a person but there is no choice

Decent restuarant, prompt service, parking behind the restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Although I came for a take-away, both AC and non-ac sitting available.

Just dined in there for Lunch. Food is Very Good. View is OK too. A bit more can be invested in the cleanliness area, though.

Wort hotel ever. Dirt everywhere in the room even the walls were dirty like some one has spited on it and there was very bad smell in the bathroom which made my stay horrible. Not at all worth of paying so much money on this hotel. at Evening lots of ppl roam around the bar at the hotel Not at all recommended for the family. Service was very poor.. even not a proper place for the parking and took so much time in the organising breakfast in the morning and even in the check out time ..due to which i almost missed my flight

Neat place on the main road easy accesible with restaurent and all the facilities very near by Good service Easy acces to all the needs .. convenient for solo travellers also

The staff were very rude, I don't think they understand what customer service means. I checked in at 7am and stayed for 2 nights. They called me around 9.00 am on the check out day to inform me there are tariffs for not checking out on time. I asked them that they could have at least called me half an hour before to tell me I need to checkout. Also the price is high. I found out that hotels in Kochi were priced cheaper than what I paid here.
