Clean and well-maintained rooms with all basic amenities. Safe and secure parking, both in front and at the back of the hotel. Family restaurant available within the premises as well as a bar at the rear of the hotel. Staff could do with a little bit more finesse, not a deal breaker though.

Based on my booking, I visited hills park hotel with my family to enjoy Onam sadhya on 29/09/23. Last time when I visited for the same it was totally amazing as it happened in the restaurant itself. But this time in a hall at first floor. the table was just a single table, with paper glass, paper table cover, all vessels of external catering group and served by catering group with no proper dressing and attitude. No 3 star facility other than an a/c hall. Food served was with average taste and with adequate quality. I suggest the hotel group to maintain the same restaurant facilities if you are planning to do the same next time.

Was nice and worth the money, silent neatly cleaned rooms and easily traceable location.good for vacation as well business stays.

Nice rooms and great service. There is always scope for improving, hence the 4 stars. They have room service and some great food too.

House keeping good. Complimentary breakfast very poor. Winning 1000 rupees is not my aim. The management should provide services for the money they get. You should intimate the experience we share on this forum to them duely

Went here for lunch. Good place. Clean. The food was tasty but very slow service. The staff was good and friendly. Wish they would serve the food faster. Definitely recommend this place.

I booked a room through yatra. While booking, there was no information that there would not be complementary breakfast. I got to know that there would not be complementary breakfast only at the time of check-in (because I booked through yatra) - contrary to what's stated in website. It is their duty to clarify in the website (if complementary breakfast is not offered to those who book through yatra) and not mislead the guest. Elevator was stinking + north Indian chat at the restaurant was too spicy + restaurant would provide only packaged drinking water + no gymn. Below average hotel aspiring for 4 star!! Avoid this place if you have other options. The only positive side: Centrally located

I have stayed at this property recently with my family for a night and the stay was a decent one. Though the property looks a new one, they have to improve upon the maintenance. Ac outflow water was leaking inside whole night though it's a branded Daikin. If it has not cleaned regularly, the water leakage happens inside. That was the case at the time of visit. Room amenities were good, and the reception treatment was equally nice. But the complimetary breakfast is not upto the mark, so that needs to be improved definitely if they want to maintain the standards. Thanks
