Decent hotel for accommodation. Book this hotel only if you need a room to stay and sleep. Right next to Anasagar lake walking pavement. Hill view from the terrace is beautiful.

The hotel is in an ally, the Google Map location shows the location on the main road. That can create confusion and unnecessary fuss with tourists. I had to spend nearly 30 mins standing in front of reception asking for my pre-booked room. They weren't prepared for the guest's arrival, although the hotel was empty. I found the hotel needs a major plumbing renovation. All the rooms I have been shown have either water dropping on the floor broken commode/the flush is not working/ or the pan is dirty (stained and smelly like a public toilet). The floor wasn't clean, the furniture, and sofa were stained and dusty, and the bed sheet and pillow cover were smelly as if the place was shut for quite some time. Basic hygiene maintenance is needed big time. The whole place was run by 2 hotel staff. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so if you're arriving late at night, carry food. In the end, I would say, it isn't an unlivable hotel but not recommended for a longer stay, more than a day.

Its a good hotel. Nice rooms, clean and tidy. Away from loud noises. Staff friendly. Safe for women. Attached bathroom.

Very poor service please don't book this hotel because no tea given in break fast not given hot water for bath . Room service is also very poor

Stayed here fr 2 nights for Rs 1700 per night. Pros: 1. Can easily accomodate 3 adults in double room. 2. Some room has balcony. Cons: 1. Good to stay if you book between 1000 to 1200 . 2. No kitchen, but the boys are supporting will arrange tea for you. 3. You may find camode broken. Phond not working , window curtain malfunctioning. 4. No lift.

First they accept your all the requirements and wishes after the procedure and when payment done they will torture with their rules and policies I want to say all you guys don't book your rooms in this poor hotel and staffs you will regret after your booking. I stayed for 2 days their are many mosquitoes Which will not let you sleep at night. and even the taste of tea is wrost.

Phathatic services of the hotel, not clean at all, some how rooms were not having hot water, complaint for it, they have sent the guy with emulsion rod to get water heated, I have paid 2000/- inr for 1 night stay and I got this service, oyo stop giving offer, give people services in the hotels and stays, captain of this oyo must look into this otherwise he will loose his job soon. Booked this room at a cost 1895 including break fast with an Booking ID GOTV4679, in the evening the hotel was changed to nirmala Palace oyo 68778 which was 4.6 Km away, with same booking ID GOTV4679, with the new amount 1776/- How phathatic is that, don't you have user or customer right of services, a customer selected a location according to his or her convenience how can you do that?? Your business managers come to our office to arrange best deals, one of your business manager is involved in this booking as well, asked him the reason for change in booking, he again booked the room with 2000/- without breakfast with the booking ID GFAX3052 then I get this service while using corporate accounts guys. Good rooms but unlimited stink in the bathrooms with exhaust fan on 24*7.Also,oyo rooms say that u get a lake view from here but actually it is a naala that u view from these rooms which is exactly adjacent to it. Would only recommend it if you get it cheaper than any other place.
