Good place to stay. Should ask to check all the services in room like a.c. t.v. water supply, etc, well ahead before check-in. The behavior of all the staff is excellent. They are very much cooperating also.
Good hotel for budget stay. Quite popular for functions & events by nearby localities. The rooms are small but adequate with basic facilities available. Lift is there but too many restrictions on it's usage.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The ambience there was quite environment friendly and caring. You can feel the serenity of the place from the balconies. Some improvements are obviously required which will surely be done in time but allover it was really nice staying there.

This hotel is not a proper accomodation for family rather it is good for Friends outing. It has a separate Restaurant viz. Hotel Highway which is infront of the Main Residing Hotel. Don't get confused with the Names. There is also a Foreign Liquor Off shop and they have lots of varieties of Alcohols. The rooms are average but lighting and maintenance is poor. This hotel has acute Staff Shortage in seasons. Behaviour of Staffs are good but after Evening they all are drunk and not in proper communication mode. This Hotel is comparatively better than many others in Purulia Area, that's why many come here.
Zero maintenance, highly over priced and poor behaviour from the staffs - these are all you can expect at this hotel. I had to pay 1400 for an AC room with attached bathroom but surprisingly the AC didn't work for the entire day and night I stayed. There was no waste bin in the room. I had to wait for more than two and half hours to get my room after I reached the hotel. You cannot expect electric kettle, tea sachets etc. in the room. They will not take any responsibilities. I would not like to recommend this hotel at all.
Property is good as per their tarrif. But service is horrible. They not provide me ac remote, suggest me switch off the ac when I feel cold. Again at the time of check out they are unable to provide GST invoice after waiting 45 min. At last they give me a invoice without GST.
