Average room... Staffs are ok...If you want a place near njp station for a single night...its preferable..
Worst experince, service is so much bad price high..even after ask for mosquito oil does not give it to me.toilet is not clear, not even give simple things like soap. So i want to tell everybody please be careful before choose this lodge.
Rooms were clean. Geyser is for show or for time being. My bathroom did not have commode shower or hand shower. No extra mug for toilet. But I liked the classic Lodge just opposite of hill view.
Not so good... we have to stay for one night only in transit to Darjelling.. our train was one hour late.. Geyser is there but not working Basic room only. No toiletries had been given. Location is Good. Ok for one night. Asked for morning tea... Took nearly 20 mins to serve....
Not a good one. Room services was very bad. On one is there to help you in night if any problem comes. There was on power backup system, so if power cut happen you will sacrifies your sleep. They said there was non mosquito in Rooms, but in mid night you will not sleep and that time on one will help you with mosquito liquid. Very bad service. We can't sleep that night for mosquito and power backup. Not recommanded for this lodge.

it was good but we had a problem with the hotel check in and check out, cable is also disconnected yesterday he said our booking was cancelled but in the app and mail i still had the booking.. he said bhaiya humlg ko company jada paisa nhi deta n all he wanted to take more money but stay was good. I hope this matter change when i visit again. Thank you for having us.

Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
