Hotel Hill Palace - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

The hotel is good to go. Prices are reasonable. It is within walking distance from Karol Bagh metro station. Cabs & autos are easily available in front of the hotel. There are so many eating houses at the vicinity of it.

Hotel Hill Palace is a haunted place i stayed in room no 301 for 2 nights and every night between 3 to 4 someone knocks the door continuously and it happened both nights and i called on reception at that time and told about someone is knocking my door hardly he told me that nobody is there in cctv camera we got scared, something happened in this hotel that's why only few rooms are booked in this hotel all rooms are vacant. So please don't stay in this hotel anything can happen with life. The location was good near Karolbagh Metro station. The rooms were spacious and the washroom was clean. We stayed 2 nights and we checked earlier they charged an extra 200 for that and they don't provide any bills. Hotels don't have their restaurant as well as cutlery.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the best thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff i,e vijay n sanjay especially Mr Marshall was very friendly and helpfull with all the things we required... Our agra tour, sight seeing tour... Many others...

The hotel stay was below average I paid 4000+ for three nights and checked in late at night on the first day and checked out earlier. One of my friends, she stayed the night (for 5-6hrs max) in my room for two days and they charged 600 extra for that. Which didn't even go to the hotel's official receipt since the person Manning the counter asked the money to be sent directly to his gpay account which he gave very reluctantly since he wanted me to pay him in cash to keep everything off the records. The people weren't honorable and trustworthy so I would advise against this hotel. If you have to spend this much there are multiple hotels in the same range make your choice wisely.

I reached at the hotel at midnight which was later than the checking time. The staff was good and they have nice tea service and it's cheap as per delhi standard the room was small but nice, the location was also good but the quilts and the room was not clean the towels were dirty as well and the manager was dishonest. One of my sister's friend stayed with us for not more than 6-7 hrs but they charged 300 per night so if you have a friend and want to invite them over to meet be prepared to pay minimum charge of 300.

The location was good, The rooms were spacious and washroom was clean. but the towels and the quilt were dirty they had spots and dirt. we checked in late and checked out earlier and one of my friends, she spent the night (6-7 hrs) max in my room, we didn't use any amenities but was made to pay Rs600 for the few hours that she spent in the room and this was not added in the official bills. and they asked for a cash when I asked them to give me a QR code to pay or I asked them to pay via Debit card, the person on the counter gave me his personal Gpay number. I stayed here with my sister and my experience was below average.overall if you are looking for a quality place to stay in, I would advise you to stay away from this place. there are other hotels in the same location so make your decision wisely. the dirty linens and dishonesty of the person Manning the counter.
