There are far better options at a much better price than Highland inn. Bedsheets weren't clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Not worth the price.

Excellent stay. only issue is the window curtain which is very short and very transparent. It will wake u up at 5am with the incoming sunlight and transparent and short curtains.Pls change these curtains

The hotel is well maintained and serves its purpose. The staff are really polite and helpful, and they have all basic amenities available. The rooms are clean, with proper lighting and water, and they've also got air conditioners in the rooms (along with a fan). They do have a television as well, but with limited channels only, so don't expect to watch any live sports or good movies or shows. Overall, it's a good experience here, and can definitely be recommended to others.

We had to taken room is late of night with family staff dint allow us to book single room for 3 people (adults) no service provided no food order taken as late asked to order in app. Also very small bathroom. Door open by them self even locked extra charge for any service provided. No discount very commercial. No online payment no gpay no credit card also expected. Very rude reception only cash payments. Waste of money ... online 1000 but since we walked without booking we ver charged 25000 / 3000 per room with nthng else provided no wifi no TV no towels no water also

Very clean, Hotel staffs are very nice, room service is good too. The food can be a bit better but in the light of service and room quality its all good and very affordable price too.

price wise it is good. but no customer service. No hot water as geyser was not working. and hotel told electrician will come at 11 am so post that we will fix. than you can take bath. and book for next day too so we will sift you in next room

Average Hotel. I ordered Maggi here which was nice. Staff's behaviour was Okay. I stayed here, merely 2-3 hrs. Most of the time, I was busy exploring Kolkata.

They have their benchmark for price that's it 1200, still in the oyo system they are placing less charge to attract customer. And when a customer reach there they are asking for extra money.. Interesting they are not going to give you bill for that extra money. So scam hotel. Even in the food they placing wrongly gst.. And all are paper bill.. That can be manipulated.... So think before book this hotel.
