Hotel HighWinds - Hotel in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

I stayed two nights. On the first day of my stay , my experience was a little bad. Linens were dirty, There was dust on cups and glasses kept in the room. When I asked for slippers, I was disappointed as they don't provide slippers and tooth kit. No standard parking available. Pros:- Location is good. A quiet place away from traffic.

Excellent Services , Cordial and very much helpful Staff Ms Preeti, Mr Pallabh,Tere and everyone. 1) Hot water was arranged additionally to save morning time to get ready. 2) Food quality is very good and will help you to stay healthy during tour as outside food always create lot of problems. 3) Usually, took dinner at hotel for 4 days. When we got late, food was kept in our room well covered and hygiene. Overall, it's beautiful hotel, rooms are nice and hotel Staff helps like family, taking care of all requirements. Strongly recommend this hotel to all, particularly for family or groups.

Rooms are overpriced, not worth the money, ceiling fans were making weird noise,bed linens were dirty and had stains. service was also not good as the staff were not trained well. only the food tasted good .

Great place to stay. Its ambience is quite good. The property is a bit far from Police Bazar but you won't hear any traffic noise from the hotel room which is a plus point. The staff are very helpful and very humble specialy @Alka she was manage everything with a precious smiling face. Overall it's a good property for a FNF.

Homely stay, with no noise, and a good ambience with a friendly staff. Erica was extremely helpful for all our needs and she is very friendly.
