Hotel Highway King Shahpura - Hotel in Shahpura - Jaipur, India

Worst experience ever. Saw so many boards about this place but got really disappointed. Even after paying high rates we didn't get the food quality. We ordered two paneer sabzi and it looked like gravy only, that too was tasteless. Looked like it was already prepared and they just served it instantly. Was wondering that how so many people were even eating over here.. Informed their manager also but he was like less interested in the quality or the customers.. We did the complaint but he was boasting about the seven outlets that they have opened on this road. Literally felt that Highway side Dhabas on this road are serving more tastier food than this one. If you're looking for the taste, just avoid this place. They are just charging more money and serving tasteless food.

Good pitstop with many shops, open area, subway, very clean washrooms (even better than malls). Quality and quantity of tea served is very good at just normal price (Rs. 30). Didn't stay so can't comment for rooms.

We stopped at this place on the highway while visiting Jaipur and it was a nice place. Food is decent but service is too slow and sometimes the staff forgets what is ordered. My experience with the service was good, but quality of food is okay and there is a mill nice park where kids can play and spend time.

We were on a vacation and we thought that we should take a break and go to restaurant. Then we decided to go to HOTEL HIGHWAY KING. After parking our vehicle, we entered the restaurant and took a seat. When we sat we thought that someone would come to us and take our order. But after waiting for some time, we had to call a person to take our order. I would say that very poor services. The workers were very slow. The cutlery and utensils were also not clean. We reached there at almost 3:00 p.m. and we ordered a pizza and they took so much time we were just bored and after a lot of waiting the pizza came at almost 3:40 p.m. We just ordered a medium sized pizza and they this much time. We thought that they are taking a lot of time so the pizza would be delicious but we were wrong. There was no taste. We ordered a cheese pizza it wasn't cheesy at all. The quality of the base of the pizza was also not good. There was no taste of the pizza, the only which was there was the taste of the ketchup. It was so bad that at last we had to take few packets of chips. I would suggest your should go to a better restaurant and don't waste your precious money and time in this place.

Worst experience. Tea was very bad the changed it with the same tea with more water and. Didn't had another sip. Yet they charged even after informing them about there quality. Very bad food and service. Didn't expected this. Would never stop at any of there places.

Nothing more to write for this place because every person knows about this place. What a class, what a variety, what a gesture, what a taste, what a service, what a budget friendly everyone knows how amazing this place is. No comparison of this place is on Jaipur to Delhi or Delhi to Jaipur route. This is the best place to take a stop in between your journey.

1. third Class room provides by hotel management 2. there are too much noise from outside 3. and Ac also is a big challenge 4. AC have no swing option it's is a dabba. 5. no comfortable pillows provided by hotel 6. Rajai provides by hotel in room in this summer kon rajayi deta h itni garmi me, they should have comforter 7. towel also dirty 8. only one water bottle in the room in other hotel always found 2 bottel location ki vajah se hotel select kiya tha par puri raat nind nhi aayi, aage se bahut sochna pdega is type k hotel k liye negative rating should be given. totally avoided next time

Highway king has just double it's food prices .. though it's a nice place...but on highway new restaurants have opened...must try other ones too...I like mannat, tirupati,Shiva dhaba more than Highway king in terms of food quality and prices too
