My overall experience was really great and particularly the location was great and central part of Laitumkrah also had nearby restaurants and can go for a walk. I'll be sharing some views from the Hotel reception area although I couldn't click the proper picture of the Hotel and the rooms.
About average Hotel, with budget services. Services are all right, four downside features are there- NO Hot water supply, No separate charging ports, No complimentary stationaries and No fan in the rooms. However, you will get hot water on requesting the receptionist. Housekeeping staff are helpful. But the services are average. Choose this hotel only as the last option.
Nice location & clean room, got a single room for Rs672 only. Arranged food from outside hotels. Overall nice stay.
First of all Hotel is neat and clean. Owner and staffs all are Hindu people out there. Staffs behave very well. Affordable price. But they don't provide food currently. And I would like to say in short, very strict Hotel it is. #goodone
A budget lodging in the heart of Laitumkhrah in Shillong. The rooms are cozy and clean but they provide hot water only on demand. It is not readily available in rooms. They have an abundant number of single rooms so it is a plus point. They however don't have a restaurant, so if you are looking for a midnight snack it will be a problem. Payment is done on a daily basis for whatever kind of room you choose.
It is located near the main road. One can only stay here. No fooding facility. But you can find a number of eating places outside it. Rooms are spacious but cleanliness can be improved. Surprised at seeing no fan in the room although you don't feel much heat in Shillong even in summer. Staff behavior is good. Over all it was a good budget stay at a good location.
If you are expecting a decent stay...dont come here..its a budget place to somehow survive. Rude staff, no parking, no hot water...also the staff believes its ok to turn off the main switch of the room even if u have left stuff charging in the room. But if you are looking to just somehow survive and watch TV...this is the place for you. Also the location is great
At this price range this is a better alternative option. The hotel is near main road so no issue in finding taxi. Rooms: Hygiene: 8/10 Comfort: 8/10 Room service: 4/10 Price: 10/10

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
