Worst restaurant ever visited 1.Pathetic food 2.Unhygienic and illiterate staffs. 3.Over priced 4.Cheating attitude 5.Yelling to customer when pointed their mistakes. 6.Served biriyani kaima rice as kabsa when questioned convinced saying that the rice was a fusion of biriyani and kabsa.God knows . Now you guys decide.
Poor experience Found feather on chicken piece complained waiter he told chicken is not properly washed because owner didn't give salary. Please take necessary action all bengali staffs.
Got soil and hair from biriyani. No flavour nothing. It was an amazing place, I used to visit here often, but now I had the worst experience.

It's very happy to write about "Hotel Highness grills". They are serving tasty food with smiling faces. I tried Special Manthi at my first day. Then, each visit was for different food. Beef manthi, Dum Biriyani, Chappathi Beef roast.etc. Very friendly staff makes each visit more enjoyable.
Nice hotel food is tasty. Varieties are good. Staff behaviour is good . Have sufficient parking.
