Hotel Highland Manali - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

It is a nicely decorated and maintained old budget property. The food is awesome. The service time can be little improved.The owner of the property personally keeps checking all the things , be it food or the guest is happy or not and shows concern which makes the guests feel special and at home. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone as the location is also nice.

The view, the rooms and the location of the hotel is brilliant, worth the money spent. Yet, the room service and the food of the hotel sucks. The staff is not willing to work though they r polite. There is a shack in the hotel premises I ordered food from them. The food from 'The Shack' is really good and fresh.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Highland, and I must say it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming nature created a positive and inviting atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. The owner's personal touch and involvement in the day-to-day operations were evident in every detail, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the exceptional service.

Truly amazing place to stay. It made our holiday much more memorable. The owners family makes you feel at home and are always available for any feasible requirements that one may have. Food was lovely. Garden area and the shack were amazing. A must try resort konda hotel surrounded by nature and mountains

Did not stay in the hotel but had a chance to try out food in restaurant. Staff is new and clueless at times. Service is very slow. They rely more on staying customers who take buffet and serve themselves. Got us wrong order but made it complimentary on complaint and served fresh order, which is a nice gesture. Food quality and taste are good. Price is a bit high. They also have a grill station outside that is willing to serve here when not crowded, but they bill separately.

We have booked this property for 3 nights based on reviews but actual experience is completely disappointing. Property location pass through mall road hectic traffic which will annoy you every time u travel, staff has no sense of service and coustmer need , you have to follow up 3 to 4 times for small thing. They don't have car parking management, everyday we have to wait for at-least 45 min to get off our car from parking. They don't follow the buffet timing and top on that staff denied us to serve the tea on our table saying that it is self service, also our driver mentioned that hotel's mess is is badly unhygienic. Its a old property so all the fitting of wardrobe and bathroom were not in place. First of all is service, food, car parking management, room interior & facilities.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The food is delicious. The staff and service is great. Hema maam the owner is very down to earth, humble and sweet. She attends her guest on her own
