Hotel High Point - Hotel in Tiruchirappalli - Tiruchirappalli, India

An average hotel on the higher floors of a shopping mall. There is enough parking space in the basement. The restaurant serves good food and the service at the restaurant was very good. The hotel reception and lobby and all are good, But the room maintenance is not up to the mark. The drainage in the bathroom was not working well, and water was left on the floors.

The rooms are not great, with fixtures and fittings showing their age or poor quality. The extra roller bed was awful quality. Service was alright. It took a while for bedding or towels to arrive, despite asking for them multiple times. Service was better for breakfast. The breakfast was good, with a number of hot options at the buffet.

The hygiene and maintenance of rooms were good. But the restaurant was not open for dinner as they said they were short of staff after an event. So only room service was available and that too very limited menu! But the highlight was the in-house spa. We had opted for foot reflexology and back massage. But I was shocked that they didn't even wash the feet with plain water leave alone a hot water soak etc!! when I asked the lady, she said that it's ok for her! Absolutely disgusting! So we had the back massage with the same dirty hands!! We were too tired to complain., The Hotel is good... but a big no to the spa!!

Had a nice stay in this hotel with my mother for 3 days. Reall awesome customer service by Mr. Karthik, Mr. Shiva and Mr. Kalai. Nice buffet breakfast. Very friendly staffs. A special thanks to Karthik and Shiva sir for their response. Happy stay.

Breakfast is too bad. With complimentary only booking taking from apps. So, Hotel is responsible to provide atleast a decent brrakfast to Guests. Kindly have a look to breakfast menu. Sambar is horrible. Rooms, House keeping, Reception - All excellent.

Excellent stay. I booked the rooms for my in laws and they had a happy and a safe stay. Will surely recommend to others. All facilities available.

We booked 2 luxury king sized bed rooms for 5 adults, thinking that I can get an extra bed for charge for extra person, but the hotel policy was only 2 persons per rooms it seems, which was not mentioned while booking so I booked only 2 rooms, for which the front desk person who works at night shift (His name is "Kalai"), was so rude and unprofessional to us, saying that why you are bringing 5 members and all in a very disrespectful manner, I told, that's fine I will pay for extra person, no issues for me, he was still rude and sounded very unprofessional to us, it's not the way to deal or treat customers, hope this will be taken care by the hotel manager, when we asked for manager number, they denied to give. This shows how transparent they are to the customers, my suggestion to the manager, please recruit kind and responsible people on the front desk, so that there won't be any issues in future. For this awful experience, I won't suggest any of my friends or family to this hotel. Reply to owners message: Yes the problem was the way your front desk staff explained it was so rude and unprofessional that's what I'm trying to convey here, firstly please learn to accept the mistakes and constructive criticisms, your front desk staff didn't ask me to book extra rooms and I didn't decline anything, I was ready to pay the extra charges for extra person, and I paid it right away even though your unprofessional staff was yelling at us. Actually your staffs only declined to give your owner contact number, if the real owner is seeing this message, you can share your contact to my mail id provided in your booking form. Or if you want to support your unprofessional staffs then be it. Thanks!

Bad service and maintenance. They give a room with a leaking faucet and spilt water all over the bathroom floor. Can't believe that wasn't checked when they clean and certify the room ready to be occupied! And then they forget your room number for room service! And never turn up! How does hotel hospitality do that? And it wasn't even crowded or full occupancy!
