Hotel Hi-Life, Paharganj, Delhi - Hotel in Delhi, New Delhi - Central, India

The hotel was okay okay. Not much to expect. The location was a bit confusing at first, but it's manageable. Don't expect high quality facilities, me being a student can't afford so much so I went for that. The room was not that clean and also the bedsheets and all were kinda dirty. They have a lot of improvements to make. Hope the hotel staff takes this a constructive criticism and improves the overall facilities for customers.

This is best budget hotel. Behaviour of Staff is gentle and Helping. Owner is also helpful. Room is well bright and clean. Hot water available. Lots of food is available nearby this Hi Life Hotel.

1.The hotel might not look good from the outside but the rooms offered inside are very good. 2.Lift facility is offered for up/down *3.Some rooms might have water clogging in the bathroom which was the only issue faced during the stay* 4.limited drinking water per day and if we need more, we should buy 5.They had good customer service as they gave us around a day to pay the initial payment considering our situation.

Poor hotel. Bad service. Pillow are very bad. Bathroom not so good. Smell from bed. Dirty bedsheets. Damaged electrical switches. Poor privacy anyone can hear sound near rooms. Lift not work. Breakfast very bad and unhygienic. Waiter lives dirty. Even I paid online 1300 per night next day attendant ask me for money. Then I have to call manager and show him receipt then matter resolved. Poor room keys. Manager has turned off AC from his control panel. I have to insist him to turn on ac. He said it's winter outside so ac can not work. But it's my choice to turn on and off AC.

I absolutely hated this place. I had to stay in Delhi for an appointment with embassy and took a cheaper option since I'll mostly be out exploring and won't be at room except for sleeping and changing. This one looked like a better option, booked through Oyo. When I actually landed at the place the locality sucked, it was a dirty messy narrow one way road. I consoled myself that atleast the stay and rooms will be better but unfortunately the rooms were even more of a disappointment. The floors were sticky (STICKY ), the entire room was dusty, the towels that they provided were flithy, there's no bottled drinking water, you ll have to make do with water they provide in a flask, the restroom was okay except for there's no hot water, you might have to adjust with warm. There's also very less sound proofing, I could here an entire drama of two friends arguing about their girlfriends all night, wish I wasn't put up as their next door neighbour. I would recommend spending another 500 bucks to stay anywhere else than here.

The experience was nice. The hotel near and clean. The rooms were medium sized and well maintained. The service was fast and responsive. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice hotel but they have old window AC'S be careful about that, and there will be a guy to give five star rating via oyo from your mobile without your notice. Over all a nice hotel but the amenities are not that great
