Had an amazing experience staying here with very nice service. Hotel and rooms were clean and clear. Staff was very nice and humble. Food was also good in taste and quality.

ALERT! DON'T EVER THINK TO STAY HERE. THEY ARE THIEVES! Detailed Review: Me and my family recently visited this place for the first time! When we went outside, they said to get the room cleaned (As Routine) and when we came after sometime, everything was arranged very well, however we saw that my wife's GOLD EARINGS were stolen. And they were not ready to accept this as (Thieves never accept that they stole). Prices were almost double/triple. When someone inquires by calling, they simply say that No Rooms are available as entire hotel is full, however their Watchman simply markets in the Road as "Rooms Available / Rooms Available" because they are simply charging double amount and rent. But in case if someone does enquiry, then they also know that they will get the room in a very minimal rate. Hence guys, I do not want you all to suffer as we experienced very bad and pathetic experience. THEY ARE SIMPLY THIEVES!

worst staff who look for money all time starting from reception to restaurant. even after having booking for 3, they ask me extra charge for third person. after 3-4 hour journey, after reaching at reception they start looking at money..worst and rude reception & restaurant staff. hotel is good & better location. but after paying more than double compare to other hotel, we expect good soft speaking staff as well. better to have other hotel..thought to leave the hotel just at entry but advance paid & nonrefundable...go for other nearby...hotel but dont go here to taste attitude of their staff

It is just near to polo ground. Slightly difficult to find the hotel though on main road. There is no big ambience and parking. But the hotel is good even superb rooms, very comfortable. Can be booked directly on phone.

Overpriced & rude staff who doesn't care for the inquiring visitors during the peak season. Room rates are highly overpriced during weekends & holidays everywhere at Mt. Abu, so simply avoid visiting during that time as worst hotels too charge bomb to squeeze maximum out of each & every tourist, this hotel too was none better. Plus the reception (?) handler had a big blown attitude & cared a hoot about guest hospitality in general.

Good hotel. Very clean and neat. Ambience is family friendly. Staff is supportive and nice. Recommended for stay in mt abu. Food is also good in quality. Service is quick. Rooms are clean n spacious with nice bathrooms and 24 hours hot water facility. The surroundings have nice views.... All n all nice place to live u der 4000-5000 budget.
