Great room for single double bed. Good lighting (bedside lamps) and control for individual light with control of AC and TV right next the beds. The room was also very well set up, gave the room a premium feeling. There were also great bathrooms with good space and great cleanliness there were even towels which was unexpected and we were given more when we asked. There was not much food options for vegetarians only chapati and vegetable curry however, the curry was surprisingly good and was given quickly. The room service was also great we had requested that they call us at 3 and they called us at the right time they also took out luggage upstairs. They would attend calls quickly and were very very helpful. It Would be even better if there were more vegetarian options as it is close to sabrimala and people who would come to that area would have to be vegetarians. It was also a bit loud at nights (barely noticeable) which was an inconvenience because we had to wake up early. Overall, would 100% recommend to friends and family.
Room is very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful. Without any undue hesitation I would recommend Hotel Heyday.
Food rate reasonable but juice include lime juice charges are very high never reasonable
Good stay for a day. Had problem with the shower which was attended immediately. Considerable rates. Only problem, being a vegetarian had to go out for food.
