It's a beautiful hotel and beside my home also I am so happy to work there. Going for a makeup work booked by my client and they stay at this hotel
So much expensive and far from the city..... Not a ideal place for business person
Good but long way to go to host business travellers
The decor and design is great on the exterior, feels premium. Rooms look great and food looks great too. Service is prompt and behaviour is great. However, they miss a lot of crucial little things like an exhaust in the washroom or a shelf for keeping soap, proper placement of water taps or the right amount of spices in food. Be wary of these things and you'll have a fair experience.
Hotel situated far from proper coochbehar.If you left from coochbehar after 8 p.m Toto riders demand more than 100 rupes for 4 km.Also mentioned even they don't provide any suplymentary water.
Room as well as food quality is good. Behaviour of the staffs are so helpful. Mainly Mr. Lahiri,Manager of the hotel look after all guests personally.
Disappointed. They charged for breakfast although as per booking confirmation it was complementary. They asked to change room even though I had booked for entire stay. Will not recommend for stay.
