We had an awesome stay at this hotel on our recent trip to Kashmir. It deserves a 5- star in all aspects. Excellent room service, hygienic rooms, great food, superb location. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone
We stayed for four nights in two different rooms. They have two different wings and the second wing is newly constructed. and definitely better than the first one. The rooms there are clean and well maintained. The staff is co-operative and polite. The restaurant food is good and they offer a variety of options to choose from.

The rooms of this hotel was amazing. And even the location is great. But the restaurant service was pathetic. We stayed here for 5 days and all the 5 days we had to wait for the food to get ready for half an hour atleast. Even after consistently informing them about their delay in service , there was absolutely no difference in the food service and attitude. Only Ameer who is one of the staff who helped us alot. Rest of the staff were of no use.
Stayed with family for4 nights. Very near to Srinagar airport. Decent and Clean rooms, good food and staff service makes it a great place of choice. Both restaurant and coffee shop offer choice of food for all age groups. the only problem is no Generator facility/Power back up for the Hotel. i beleive only UPS or Inverter runs if electricity goes.if electricity goes we have to spend whole night without fan & AC.
One of the best hotels in Srinagar at reasonable rates, absolutely loved my stay. Staff were courteous & helpful. I stayed at Block B and desk manager there went out of way to help us for everything we asked. Highly recommended.
Superb hospitality and amazing staff... they wont let your expctations down.. House keeping to Food and Beverages are simply amazing....Definitely 10/10
Stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different rooms. The A.C. of the room was not working. After many repeated reminders also they use to switch off the A.C. from main point so you can't turn it on. The meals were included with the room but the food was horrible. The manager was very rude, and at any time he was ready to justify his mistakes. If you want to enjoy your trip don't stay at this hotel.
