Hotel Heritage Inn - Hotel in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Dear hotel staff / administration team , Experience was really horrible. Room AC was completely not working in this extreme summer time due to which my family couldn't even sleep during whole night. After traveling long distance from Delhi, we booked AC super deluxe room in this hotel on 19/07/2023 only because of previous good reputation of this hotel but in reality we were extremely depressed at its service. Also the hotel staff/administration even couldn't arrange for an alternate AC room for us. Actually what depressed us more is that along with us my little daughter also had to suffer this . She had remained awake whole night due to the extreme hot temperature in the room. Our room no is 104 . Hence regarding the mentioned facts , kindly request the hotel staff/administration to arrange for the refund of my paid charges relating to the AC services at the earliest please.

Really bad experience. The new owners and managers are not bothered about customers. They even overcharged stating advance online payment was not received despite sharing all the transaction details. Better to stay at other hotels.

Not very good experience at this hotel. They befooled the guest by disconnecting the TV. set after many complaints they resolved the problems but after 24 hours. I will not suggest anyone to go there with kids. Food services are very poor.

Room was very big with big cupboard and luggage rack. But one wall( cupboard side ) had water seepage, which extended upto the bathroom. The whole place had a musty smell. The management kept saying, they would change the room in the morning but kept coming with excuses that no other room is vacant.

Hotel room is dirty , shower was not working , toilet seat is broken , mirror unit placed on wall is broken, there's a TV with a few channels with no usage. Firstly I ordered a tea and after tasting it I never order their food. Tea is only black water with extra sugar to it . And when I order the food from outside they said that they will not allow it. They only provide room and bed not any other service !!! And one thing there password is "@@@Heritage@@"

Very very horrible experience,at night 1 am i got up by some bites,on opening my eyes,black bed bugs were crawling over the pillow and bed,i could not sleep whole night due to the fear of bugs,they charged 1500Rs without complimentry breakfast,with such unclean bed and room,size of room is also small.. First time in my life,i had such a worse experience of hotel..

Best hotel in the town Food quality is average Although ambiance is so good staffs are So supporting I like to mention Sachin vidhani from housekeeping he was so good at his work

Worst stay. Terrible service, everytime we were made to wait for hours for even a small thing. Not recommended for a family. Not at all worth the money. Location is the only thing that was ok.
