Chef Gagan cooks excellent food. We had all our meals at the hotel. Overall stay at the hotel was excellent. Every minute detail has been taken care of. To keep luggage and extra things. Spacious rooms. 24hrs hot water. Clean rooms. Good ambience. Would recommend for sure.

This is a centrally located standalone building hotel. We only opted for stay, not food. The hotel seems new with high quality of rooms, fixtures and materials used. Even everything in the room feels fresh and cozy. Room size is ample. Lobby has nice lighting and a fish tank The only negative is that there is lack of parking and at once instance one of the hotel attendant came in the room directly to check TV and didn't leave until we told we can't allow to check the TV now. And don't know why, but there is less noise isolation, as we could clearly hear what's going on in the lobby from inside the room.

We booked this hotel for a wedding function we came to in Mysore for 1 day. The hotel is opp to JSS hospital n very near to ksrtc bus stand. The receptionist Mr Alok was helpful and the room was provided within half an hour after cleaning as we had put early check in option while booking. The staff is also well mannered. The food is also hygienic n tastes good. The hotel owner is very friendly natured person. Overall, they are understanding, coordinating n helpful hotel staff. Had a pleasant stay. Would recommend to others.

Good property with good service. We had no issues.It was neat and clean. We chose breakfast package which helped us a lot in planning our time. The food served was of good quality buffet. Easy to get transport because it is located in main road.

1. None of the rooms has ceiling fan only AC. That can be a problem for people have cold or kids or elderly people. 2. Breakfast is extremely basic. Don't have cup for tea also. 3. Washroom kit never came even after telling. 4. Just opposite no JSS hospital so always hospital view, didn't feel good. Not sure why high rating for this hotel. Definitely won't visit again.

Good rooms very close to the palace. Friendly staff, Peter was very helpful. They made us feel comfortable as some of us had to check in a bit early due to logistics. Rooms are well maintained and provisioned with necessities. We were a group and had 4 rooms. One of the rooms had some television signal issues. The restaurant was available. Food was a bit spicy, that's probably one area that can improve.

One of the finest hotels I've experienced in Mysore. Every aspect is thoughtfully designed with the guests in mind. The upkeep and cleanliness are commendable. The in-house restaurant also offers a satisfying dining experience.

Really fabulous experience, rooms are really clean ,Breakfast and dinner experience is amazing the food and beverage staff is polite with a positive attitude. We really had a great time and will be back soon.
