Hotel Heritage Inn - Hotel in Amritsar, Amritsar Cantt. - Amritsar, India

The rooms were expensive as compared to the service that they provide. I've never been such disappointed. The bathroom was in miserable condition. I would suggest that the visitors can look for the other options instead of choosing this hotel

Owner was the cheater they off the AC by saying about power off but it's their trick..their behaviour was not good.. bathroom system doesn't work properly.. water goes off while bathing or using washroom... They are rude and arrogant. Very bad service

Horrible Room,Zero cleanliness, stinking,No intercom in the room. Tariff includes complimentary Breakfast, but no breakfast was provided to us. Staff did not even ask us for it. There are only 2 staff in the hotel. Bedsheets are torn and stained. Washroom is pathetic.. Electrical connections are all loose and hanging out. Door latches are broken. Had already done advance payment for this room through Goibibo hence had no other option but to stay in this dirty room. Even the floor tiles at the Reception are broken. No one here has heard about this hotel. Very difficult to locate. Bad experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Just an Average Hotel... NOT reccomended for a longer stay.. Rooms are very small for accomodation..

Location is very congested because of amazing streetfood. Gurudas jaleni and giani lassiwala. Wel connected to wagah border, walking distance to golden temple. Rooms are not that clean, especially the wash room Good for bed and bfast as its the most reasonable place. Learnt what is cheap can never be best.

Experience of staying in Hotel The Heritage Inn is very good. Rooms and Toilet are clean and well maintained. Staffs are well mannered. Best part of my stay was that the hotel is hardly 100 mtrs away from Golden Temple.

The room was okay. There was no ventilation space in the room. Not anything great. The bed was good for 2 adults and 1 child. It was walking distance to the Langar hall of Gurdwara premises.

the main advantage of the hotel is...it's just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the golden temple and 5-6 minutes walking distance from jalianwala bagh. so its worth it. the rooms are good too. staff is very good. but the hotel does not have a restaurant of its own. so you have to arrange or have your foods outside. else everything is good. I loved the location because of which I and my family could stay at the golden temple till 12 in the night. when we were feeling sleepy, we walked back to the hotel while we picked up some ice cream from the vendors in the mid way. also there are few restaurants and dhabas which are open 24 hrs. so no problem for food too during any given time. its good. you should choose it.
