Service quite satisfactory.Staff,and attendants,attitude is co operative and indeed appreciable.Size of the room is too small compared to the tariff charge against the room.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in Varanasi. The hotel is very good as it provides excellent tour guide who showed us around Varanasi telling us about the history. They have good taxi and driver. Stay was pleasant with customized food for all . Staff were courteous and helpful. Laundry service housekeeping staff all excellent. Pathetic hotel. They accommodated us in a inferior room than we actually booked and also refused to cancel when asked for it. They think the customer should accept anything at their whims and fancies. Not recommended to anybody who would like a stress free booking and stay.
I stayed in Heritage Hotel Inn with my family from 22nd nov to 25th nov and had a great experience during my stay. Rooms are amazing with excellent facilities and good quality of food is served here. Had a great experience during morning breakfast with good variety of food and the quality maintained by the hotel. Met with Mr. Brijesh in the restaurant who was very polite, humble and friendly and served the fresh and hot breakfast. Hotel manager Mr. Alok is also very freindly and kind and provided us with all the best facilities and local tour with great guide and conveyance to visit nearby places and temples. Had a wonderful stay here and would recomend all to stay here when in Banaras as it is very near to Ganga river with great facilities.
Pathetic hotel and people. I read many positive reviews here and booked. Later i realised how those reviews r collected. They make the customer review while dining or having breakfast in front of them. Out of courtesy the customer doesn't deny. However my experience was worst.
1) room allocated was different and lower category than promised.
2) the view and location of hotel is deceptive. There is no river side view. Even roof top is for name sake.
3) taps will flush water on ur face as soon as you open them.
4) worst is the hospitality. When you complain about anything, they will say "Rukna hai to ruko, Varna check out Karo." Extremely rude and abusive language. I have call recordings thankfully and all room videos with bill.
They even denied to pay me bill but were asking for payment because they thought bill is a proof I will use at consumer court.
Filing a suit in consumer forum against them soon. Be ready to be at the recieving end of the suit!
