Very friendly staff and will adhere to your all reasonable requests. Beautiful interior and Rajasthani decor. . Will absolutely recommend it. a place to visit on its own with great people to interact. The staff's hospitality and good nature made us feel not for once that we were tourists. They have treated us like their own family members. THIS PLACE IS JAISALMER IS WORTH VISITING . The reason I am saying this is because I have seen a different way of hospitality a level up. You guys rock in the field of hospitality.

Beautiful interior and Rajasthani decor. We stayed in terrace room which had beautiful personal space to sit outside and has very spacious bedroom. Overall loved our stay. Will absolutely recommend it. Worth paying extra money for terrace room to get your own privacy and view of the fort.

My stay at this heritage hotel was a truly unique and enchanting experience. From the moment I entered, I was transported to a bygone era of elegance and charm. The architecture and interior decor were exquisite, showcasing the rich history of the place. The staff provided impeccable service, adding to the authenticity of the stay. The room itself was a blend of classic design and modern comfort, with attention paid to every detail. Dining at the in-house restaurant felt like a journey through time, with delectable dishes that carried the flavors of the region. Staying here was like stepping into a living rajasthani palace, and I cherished every moment of it."

We stayed here only for a night and checked out by 1000 hrs in the morning. But, God.......we love this place. Amazing stay with a vintage retro look with amazingly friendly staff. We felt like royalties the way we were treated by the staff and mixed with the kind of ambience that the hotel offers. I am going to recommend this stay to all my friends and family members. We love this place .

Total value for money. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Excellent food and service. Lovely decor. Located in heart of city and easily approachable. Will highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting. Will always do my bookings here.

We are utterly pleased with everything about this marvellous place. It made our day after the long and hectic journey from Jodhpur. We were warmly welcomed with garland, strewing flowers and applause from the staffs. We will always remember the smiling faces of the manager and staffs, and cherish their amicable behaviour. Definitely would like to return here soon to enjoy its uncountable wonders.

Not managed professionally. Cleanliness and linen not up to mark. No fridge in the room. No buffet breakfast. No AC in dining and common area nor in reception area. Too cramped up for a 3-star hotel. Out of place, no restaurant etc. in vicinity. Situated in a residential area.
