It was a very bad experience rooms are to pathetic as per the price not clean properly they don't have a proper arrangements for guest. Water tabs are not working properly there is mosquito in the room overall they don't have good facilities.

This is one of the worst hotels to check in 1. No cleanliness 2. Plugs were not working 3. No hot water 4. Clogged drains 5. Arrogant hosts 6. Said one price before check in and made us pay double while checking out 7. Poor location 8. Had to use nearby doors for bathing purpose 9. Room didn't have dustbin, buckets 10. Table was filled used food 11. Dusty bed and bed-sheet I could have given 0 stars if i could

The place was purely a pit stop. The location is vary good 2 mins walk to the a back exit at lake Pichhola which is situated in the old city and has extremely narrow lanes and a good archaic feel to it. The host was warm and helpful It's a completely no frills place hence couldn't find good laundered towels / toiletries suiting our needs

This is a small home stay kind of arrangement. The room was very clean and neatly maintained. But, as they have started recently they need some improvements overall. The greatest difficulty is to find the correct location. I was on a road trip in my bike and after a 400kms of ride I had to search for an hour in the city for finding this place. Can improve a little bit in case of food. I experienced a lack of privacy there. Because, there were some foreigners in my adjacent enjoying their holiday and were making so much noise at night. There is a ventilation between two adjacent washroom which was making me feel uncomfortable. I suggest the management to remove that and make a ventilation facing outwards instead. However this place is really good for solo travellers who are looking for budgeted rooms in Udaipur. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Hope you will make good improvements on my next visit.

This hotel is very near to Lake Pichola, Udaipur & placed inside the old city. Ideally it should be called a Guest House. it's a newly constructed property. The rooms are clean but you have to ask for fresh bed sheets. It's awesomely value for money. The rooms have hot water and LCD and are properly ventilated. I don't know about the choices of others but I love the rooms with ample sunlight and fresh air. I will surely recommend this stay to the ones I know.

Nous avons sejourne 5jours dans cet hotel et on s est senti comme chez soi. La famille qui tient l hotel est adorable. La chambre est grande et lumineuse. Jardin tres intimiste qui fait oublier l agitation exterieur. Vue Magnifique sur le lac de la terrasse mais l hotel n est pas termine . Quand il sera totalement construit il sera splendide. Bon rapport qualite prix. On y mange tres bien.

i was looking for a quiet property near lake pichola with city palace view, and parking facility. this one is near lake pichola but does not have city palace view from its room. one can view city palace top from its terrace. They do not have parking space or elevators, i had to park my car 4 kms away and for that hotel has not taken any responsibility . the location of this place is quite interior but the owner plays pretty loud music till late night and the place is under development, run by a family. rooms are congested, however bathroom was clean and provided hot waters properly. It could rather be called as homestay than a hotel. and for that being said I would say it's over priced for the service level.
