Never go to this hotel The worst response with staff No Hot water No cleaniness They never provide a receipt for any Advance We have to listen to their rules Lot of cigrate smell on rooms as they dont have a ventilation facility very bad smell runned by Dr Ganesh As said by their staff To take vack advance made we had to call several times to owner Dr Ganesh Advocate ..
Not suitable for family... 1st floor Full cigarette smell from other rooms it spreads to other rooms they must maintain properly..
They costed me 1600 per night for single person and check out is at 11:00 o clock. In Mar 2023. Hot water for bath is available 24 /7 and AC In the room is working fine. Overall costly but not a Bad experience.
Hotel is in the heart of the city, situated opposite to railway station. Location is good. Room rents also affordable. But parking is not available. Single rooms are not up to the mark. Not maintained properly. Overall it is a decent hotel for travelers.
Hotel heritage.old name but new hotel. Good infrastructure in family and double room.but single rooms are not good.they smells lot. especially in night.so my advise is to stay in double and family rooms.rooms are renovated recently as you can see in pictures.no room service is available in this lodge. Better you know all these things.and this lodge is exay opposite to railway station.
The owner of this hotel is very nice , humble and of very helping nature... He helped me during noteban, not only he took his hotel charge in old notes he also exchanged some of my old notes so that I could return home.... I want to thank you Uncle for your support you gave me during my visit... I would prefer every1 to visit this hotel once...
There is no cleanliness they don't even change the bed spreads and the bed sherts
Best average hotel in Badhravathi just a 5 min walk from Railway station platform. Rooms are quite good but need more cleanliness. And the cost of 2+1 cottage is Rs600. KSRTC bus stop is at a distance of 500 mtr from Hotel. You can walk on a broad walk ways. Cons. No lift No separate parking, available parking place is only road sides

Rooms and the amenities in the Residency especially in Elite was very Awesome, felt like I'm staying in a 7 star Hotel even the staff also very generous to Help at any time, Lastly I'm very Happy and Spent a good night stay in Padma Residency Elite.
Fantastic! Possibly the best place I've stayed while on the road in India by motorcycle. These guys have EVERYTHING: parking, helpful and kind staff (one guy actually came to my room to take my key and lock my bike for me!), a great shower with soap
