Horrible experience during my stay with family. No light in washroom, Phone,TV was not working.Fan was fix with speed. Staff was good. Waste of money.
Amenities are so so and not commensurate with the room charges. Nothing complimentary. You are charged even for water bottles here.
It's not a hotel it's kinda Dharamshala. Local guys come here to drink and to do party, you'll hear screams and slangs of drunk guys in the middle of the night, that was scary. And not recommended for family or couples. Food was not that upto mark and service was slow. And the funny part was the guy on the reception and service guy were fighting all the time. Guys save your money, hotel is very shady and gives very bad vibes.
The hotel staff was very nice and it was a budget friendly stay. You may dine in your room while enjoying the amenities of ac and wifi. However there was no view at all for our room .
The place is on road so no issues on parking vehicle. Room service is good. Budget friendly accommodation.
The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. We stay here once a year at least for special events when we don't want to drive home. Staff is always friendly. Very clean. Have never had a bad experience and it's right in the heart of city.The staff is very cooperative as I asked for some special arrangements and they have arranged everything in our budget.Thankyou Hotel Heritage for making our trip memorable for past 10 years.

Specific appreciation to MD for their humbleness and Keep up the good work team.Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Heritage, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
