Worst experience ever -cockroaches everywhere -no windows and very congested rooms -even the dental kit is not included in room rent. -extremely small washroom, not proper space for shower - in total not RECOMMENDED the price they charge!!!!!!
Brand new hotel very near to CST station. Reasonable price with good service. Good choice for covering historic tourist places of Mumbai.
The rooms are very small but comfortable. Stayed there for about 6 days. Service was also good. Location is excellent, it's about lesser than 500m from the CST railway station(walkable). The only thing was that they don't have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But there are decent food joints nearby just within a 100m radius so..that was okay.
My first time experience in the Hotel Heraa International . All the staff are so good and the proprietor was so kind . My all families get Diwali sweets.The Room and bath room are very clean , every day we get hot water ,bottles of water and clean bed sheets . Definitely will come once again I recommend the hotel
We had a great four nights at this hotel.located in the heart of the historic place and easy walking distance to all the sites and the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. I will definitely stay here again!
We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Rooms were comparatively small but they were available at nominal charges at this location which has close proximity to sights. Nice service. You need to leave the keys at reception if you need daily cleaning. Basic amenities and wifi are available.
Near to the city and public transport, friendly staff, clean and calm rooms, Everything was well.Hotel is clean as well as rooms is amazing it is very silent Service is perfect & staff members are too good and friendly.Hotel is very well accessible by tram from port. Railway- and busstation are close, not long way to walk & i will stay here again!
