I have stayed here on 23rd October and find the hotel good for the family though its away from the main center but closed to Gondola. Foods and hospitality are good and staffs are friendly. Will again avail the hotel when will visit in future. Best wishes !!
LOCATION: Surrounded by beautiful tall Pine Trees this property is located at a peaceful location. FOOD: Morning breakfast buffet has different options both for veg and non veg and the food was very tasty. We also ordered from A la Carte Menu, the quantity of single dish is enough for two people. AMENITIES: The best part was heater, after you come back from a cold tiring travel day, as soon as you enter the room its warm! They have lounge where you can relax which again has heater which keeps the room warm. SERVICES: From watchman to housekeeping staff all are professional and know how to speak with customers. Over all i had an awesome time and I will highly recommend this property for a warm cozy stay. We stayed in suite room for 2 days.
Absolutely loved our stay at the Heevan Retreat. The hotel is nestled near the Gondola ride and has a picturesque lawn at the front. Staff service was very good and the rooms are spacious with wonderful views. Will definitely recommend for anyone planning a stay in Gulmarg.

Situated amidst the lush green meadows and surrounded by snow-capped mountains, the view from the hotel was nothing short of mesmerizing. Waking up to this natural beauty each morning was a delight. The staff at Heevan Retreat were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Their warmth and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring Gulmarg. We would like to specially mention Shaiq and Riyaz from the front desk who were super kind, extremely welcoming and humble that they even offered us one of their personal streamer machine knowing my wife was not well. The dining experience at the hotel was also remarkable. The on-site restaurant served delicious local and multi cuisine, and the presentation of the dishes was top-notch. It was a culinary delight to savor authentic Kashmiri dishes while gazing at the stunning surroundings. In summary, Hotel Heevan Retreat in Gulmarg provided an enchanting retreat from the bustling world. The combination of the natural beauty, exceptional service, and culinary delights made my stay a memorable one. However, the hotel Manager Mr. Imran Nazir demonstrated an exceptional level of honesty and integrity. They not only discovered my wallet but also promptly returned it to me through a hotel staff. This act of honesty and kindness truly stood out. Their professionalism and genuine concern for their guests' well-being was evident, and I cannot express enough gratitude for their actions. This experience reinforced my belief in the integrity of good people and the high standard of service at this hotel. The hotel is really good. However one has to climb at least 2 floors to reach the reception. The food is amazing. Service is good. Garden is well maintained. The hotel is located in a mesmerisingly beautiful place. Loved it.
Absolutely luxurious stay and superb service with amazing food. The entire setup is wooden. They have well done the interiors with Kashmiri fabric art giving the whole place a Royal look. The property also houses a cozy lounge and gazebo very thx of Mr adil and salad Thx shabir baya
A good property, although rooms are small with queen beds. Shafiq at front desk was really helpful and cordial. Breakfast was not bad at all. I recommend this to place but check upon booking if the bed types can be clearly highlighted.
Very small size rooms, bath room bad smell, reception and courtesy is very average, front open space/ lawn is good. Food is good. They have to improve further.

Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient.
