Nice place to stay with the family.
Staffs are very kind.
Manager was very polite and kindly handling the customer.
It is a good place for stay.
The washrooms provide wornout accessories and the bedsheets are grossibly dirty. The walls are stained and broken, and the receptionist act rudely about complaints regarding these topics. No complaints were resolved by officials, and we had to look for another residence. A very poor experience in our regard.

Had booked a room here Online via a Booking app & the booking was confirmed.
When we reached the hotel, receptionist rudely informs that there is no room available & also gives a reasons that they forgot to make inventory as 0 on the booking Sites.
Later upon speaking to few others we learnt that they sell the Rooms to walk in guests for higher amounts and reject those who book online.
Very good for staying and reasonable price for ac room and they arranged cab for local sight seeing with reasonable price pleasant to stay
Not so great locality or any good nearby restaurants. Rooms not spacious. The suite room had just one fan and you can't manage with non-ac rent. You will need to go with AC!
You can find hourly stays or full stay in mysore on the way to coorg or Madikeri.
The rooms are decent , we just wanted to spend a night so did not bother much to look around. Bathroom is big and hot water is available 24/7 but the bucket and jugs were too old.No toiletries provided, parking is okay as the road is spacious. Not recommended for families however if you are on a tight budget you can go for it . Paid 1611 for 4 adults and 2 kids thru Agoda deal.
Positives - bathrooms and rooms are spacious.
Negatives-
Most of the bathrooms flush don't work.
In some rooms the fans don't work, the TV cable connection is missing in others, drinking water service to the room is not good you have to remind them to even provide drinking water, the lobby or stair case area is dark and smells bad.
Many a times there is smell of cigarettes outside and inside.
Dirty bedsheets and walls of the rooms and cupboards.
