Hotel Heera Celebration - Hotel in Mathura - Mathura, India

Very very bad experience. Rooms were not clean. Flithy bedsheets and cushions. Geyser not working and they didn't try to fix it and didn't offered any alternate solution.

It was the worst hotel of all because the rooms are not clean , bedsheets are very dirty and the bathroom shower is not working properly,rooms are very small or say suffocating,

Small rooms, no ventilation and bad services.

I was in this hotel in the last week of October 22, The room has no ventilation at all. One may feel suffocation in the room. Basic room facilities such as e-kettle, Clothes hanger etc were not provideed even after several request. It the very bad experience for me.

They have 'bad rooms'. Which is not to say all their rooms are uniformly bad, but they have some which are in a state of disrepair to the point of not being usable. Further, they will give you these rooms (maybe only if everything else is full - benefit of the doubt). Their not-bad rooms are not all that great either. I didn't feel like letting the blanket contact my skin, for example. Just old and not well-maintained (holes in sheets) maybe. Overall not a good experience. I'd rather the price point was lowered by lack of amenities or a kitchen (not that great) rather than cleanliness/maintenance.

There was good accommodation. Room had enough space. Cleanness was good. First floor of the hotel was under renovation. So there was dust, but no impact in room. They provided breakfast and dinner after bringing from somewhere else, hence everytime it took enough time and there was no tea or coffee included in breakfast.

Hi, My experience with your hotel is nice in terms of rooms and room service. but your hotel's lift is not functioning smoothly. This is the reason for 4 star rating. hotel is also having its own parking space, where 4-5 car easily parked. if u improve the same and i would visit in near future to ur hotel i would definitely upgrade my rating.

Recently visited.... 1.Location near Krishna Jann bhoomi. 2.Room was ok.... 3.U ve to call again n again for basic services,in which they take lot of time. 4.Booked hotel and paid extra for breakfast in advance for buffet, But they insisted to eat only 1 variety(aloon paraatha).In buffet everywhere we get lot of varieties. Finally after lot of conversation they provided 1 more variety and Quantity. 5.Lift was not working. 6.No one there to carry your luggage. 7.AC was working properly. 8.Toilet were small but cleaned. 9. Few staff members were cooperative. 10.Finally Food were Tasty. 11.Overall experience not too good due to debate and time waste.
