Very good hotel, nice rooms and good quality of service. The rooftop restaurant offers an incredible view. The staff is very friendly, especially Elie who is a very good guide and driver. He is extremely welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
So i was staying there for a night when i was on a trip to jaisalmer. Talking about the hotel's overall service it was 2/5 as they didnt have much staff. Talking about rooms, beds were good to sleep but bathrooms were V.bad. Also i didnt like their food too.
You only have a plus point to stay over there is that u get to better view of Jaisalmer Fort as its very near to the hotel, also the Gadisar lake which is 1 km far from the hotel.
Suggest this hotel to your enemy and get a good revenge. Unhigenic and bed quality of food served by them. Thank for making our diwali worst.

Very nice hotel. The location is fantastic since it is situated inside the fort. The service and behaviour of the staffs is fantastic. The food served here is like home made food. They make fresh food everytime you order.

I visited Jaisalmer heritage resort last week which was my 1st wedding anniversary. Both camel and jeep safari was good. The night went well cultural program was excellent katrina and other performers were nice. folk program was engaging and handled
Wonderful time in this peaceful hostel. Rooms are very clean, rooftop is chill with beautiful view of the city. All the personal are warm and friendly, we've really enjoyed spending 3 days there.
