The staff is very rude, they do not provide proper service to customer, such as luggage help in check in and out, their tone is very bad when a you ask for help they said Staff ko kyu bheje , wait kro abhi time lagega, TVs not working , Worst worst wifi connection, smell in towels, stains on bed, food quality is low and rates are high. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus it is not safe for women as well,
We booked The Hotel Haveli Palace for marriage ceremony for two days. Our stay at the hotel haveli was more than awesome and good beyond our expectations. The staff members were so helpful and hard working. Food was awesome. All the arrangements were done as per our requirements and nothing was missed. All the functions mehandi, haldi sehrabandi, welcome of our barati guests was done very professionally. We had great time dancing on the DJ floor as well. Mr Sanjeev Agrawal and Mrs Renu Agrawal both showed great professional as well as personal involvement in all the arrangements so that our guests could not complain.
We were out for casual dining and were not expecting a great experience. Unfortunately, we ordered Chinese food and were dissatisfied with the overall taste as well as quality. My wife found a piece of stone or mud in the steamed rice we ordered. The Chinese preparation was not at all up to the mark.
I lived here for 2 days with family. Hotel management is cooperative. But at least 1 bottle for water per room should be given, which every hotel provides or at least R.O. water. 2 star hotels in every corner of India provide 1 complimentary water bottle. This is not good. Management should rethink. I visited twice her, but the water bottle issue is still there. I think every customer should raise this concern to management. This is not good ethics from hotel
