Very bad experience, not proper cleaning and bad smell in wash rooms. Not a heigenic place stay around. False commitment along with room bookings.

One of the best hotels in Guntur District.The maintenance was too good and hygienic. The staff was too polite and helpful. Rooms are a bit costly but worthy. 6/1 Arundelpet, Arundalpet Guntur.

Hello, I checked in there after checking for an Internet facility and they assured it was there. But after getting there, I found it is not working. I raised a complaint to them but two of them responded softly and one person mentioned 'You booked and you have to bear this as the internet is failing and we cannot do anything on this'. This was very surprising and I didn't expect this from and very disappointed. Nevertheless, Reception, Car Parking are better. Room service or room cleanliness is just meeting minimum standards. If they can improve internet facility (I checked in there just to sit and work), cleanliness within the room, response to customer. they get win greater customer appreciation. But, this has been a challenge with them. Some are good and some responses are worst. I am disappointed this time by large!!

Affordable price , Rooms are quite good followed by poor service . More Restaurants are available near hotel. It is located 5km away from bus station.

Well, I stayed in 203 for almost a week and never I was able to get hot water despite several reminders. Also, even they don't serve water and everything to be paid from our pocket. Room maintenance is another bother that we should for multiple times and they don't even bother to replace blankets etc though we ask. Only comfortable thing is it is situated in good area and car parking. If we ask for food, that's another adventure. It is something like mortgage store where we have to PAY and Use only and nothing works if we call them and get the things done. Also, when we ask them to bring food, it's worst I ever had. Even we have to maintain parking options if we have to pull the car from parking. Good things are, reception and car parking facility. One or two support staff.

Staff = not good Room service = pathetic Cleanliness = disastrous Rooms = not at all renovated, with broken ceiling, and door in the room I stayed Counting them all it is the first hotel I visited which I would never in my life suggest to any other person..! Highly disappointed

Spent just a few hours so cannot comment much about hospitality. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Booked two rooms and had to wait for 20 mnts for one room to be cleaned, around 2 AM, in spite of they knowing, as I have informed them, that we would arrive a bit late in the night and the rooms booking done in our name since previous days afternoon itself. So a bit of unprofessionalism on their part. Can't comment much about anything else as we vacated in the morning.
