Hotel Harshikhar - Hotel in Bhimtal - Nainital, India

The hotel was amazing. They served welcome drinks . The atmosphere mere the hotel and the location was eye catching.The service staff was excellent and the cleanliness was good. They served us best quality food. We came with our family and we enjoyed very much.We recommend other people to visit this hotel. Excellent service of service department member ( Anup )

Pros: 1. Welcoming staff: Staff is very welcoming which made our stay very pleasant. The process from checking in to checkout was smooth. 2. Evening singing: There is a musical evening each day which you can enjoy at the open terrace and plenty of space to sit. You can have snacks and enjoy the songs. 3. Rooms are spacious and our room had a balcony with a lake view. 4. They have a restaurant named pinewood inside which serves a good variety of food. You can either have a buffet or order separately. 5. Staff used to ask us for feedback here and there so that was nice since it shows they care and want to improve. Cons: 1. Mini bar is paid but maybe they can keep snack basket complimentary as well. I didn't like paying 50 rs for two 10 rs chips. 2. Cleanliness could be improved before giving the customer rooms. I saw dust in the edges of chairs and bed head and stains on sofas in the restaurant made me reluctant to sit there. The balcony floor was also not perfectly clean. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed a lot and would definitely come back sometime !!

Stayed at the property from 26th to 28th Nov 2023, staff is helpful, rooms are clean. The place is more of a barat ghar than a place for relaxation. It is next to the main road hence no place for walking. U r trapped in the room. No activities to engage the guests. Prices are exorbitant looking to the services

The location is good, it has a lake view. Service is not so good if you are planning to arrange a party here. The dining area has limited seats and they don't take care of if guests are getting the seat or not, you have to do the effort.

We just really had a great time in hotel Harshikhar. The best part we liked in this place is food and then the ambience. Especially in the dinner, there are lots of items and with very good taste . The service provided by the people over there is also good. Most suggestible.

We were at Hotel Hari Sikar from 12th to 15th August and we enjoyed a lot there. The staff there is very nice and the best thing is that the place is very nice. The rating for the foods from my side will also go to 5.5 and everything was very superb. Our vacation was also good and we had celebrate in Independence day with family and friends.

Expierence waa so good about everything , in room we have heater,ac,tv,hot water maker,,,,,,etc Hotel design and furniture looks awsome
