Book Sai Keshar residency opposite Imagicaa instead. It felt like we were staying in an under construction building. The photos on the internet are a hog wash. They didn't have a decent reception for their own staff. All they had was a single metal table with a few books. You then walk through a dirty banquet hall and then take stairs to the room, yes, not even a lift. Nothing worth noting in the room. Dirty. We also had a few fresh tea stains when we arrived at 10 pm. Cob webs everywhere. Even when we said, they dint bother cleaning. You would get better pillows in Indian railways than what we were given here. We had to go down to ground floor to put up a fight and get some other pillow covers which were also dirty. Despite calling them 4 hours earlier for our late checkin, we had to spend an hour getting our room cleaned and our extra beds kept. Don't go by pictures on the internet. It doesn't feel like 1 star hotel also. Lodges would be better. Breakfast was decent in taste. Idli, upma, poha, bread butter, tea. We even had dinner in this restaurant which is good. Pure veg restaurant makes it a haven for people like us. I would go back to eat at their restaurant but would stay away from staying at the hotel.
it was a comfortable hotel with restaurant. staff was courteous . i had booked delux room which was spacious . best part is it is near to imagica ..so you can well spent your day in theme park without worrying about driving back. restaurant in same premises. presence of open space around property.
Very average hotel. Reception is just a table with PC. Rooms and spacious and decent bedding comfort. AC and hotwater facility working. Cheap/pocket friendly option but do not opt if you are wanting luxurious or the regular 3 star types. Complimentary Breakfast was ok. Location though is very convenient for Imagica visit.
Waitor denied to take our luggage bags to our rooms when we reached to property. Other services were satisfactory but the waitor at night was not proper.
Location of place is good the but in rooms neither AC nor TV nor Fans works ! And There no room service and If u try to call the management team oh sorry there is no team ....No management! The management staff replies u back after 2hrs like its just very irritating! There is no place for attaching video else I would have shown u that in restaurant there is no waiter for ur service after all u need stand up and get ur own glass for drinking water there is no one the give u a glass tooo!!!Very Bad service I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! And one more thing I switched onn the ac in morning but it couldn't cool my room till night!!!
