I stayed there for 18days. It's near airport and 1.5km away from highway from Sadahalli. You will get regular auto from highway. It's a budget hotel with basic facilities. Hot water available 24x7. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Behaviour of the hotel owner and staff's veery good, they have always been co-operative during my stay. I will definitely go there next time.

Here's an honest one. After a few months in India, I've learned that guest houses and such work with the same cab drives. So the host and room here were just fine but the taxi driver he brought us at 3 am to get to the airport was a greedy liar. The driver knew he can't pass the toll stand before the airport because he was blacklisted at the toll (i know since the E-sign at the toll identified his cab like that). When we got to the toll stand, he played like he was trying to recharge for the toll via phone. After he hadn't succeeded, he told us we can pay the cash to the toll stand and pay him the same price we'd been told which was 500 - we had also been told this price includes the toll price (that's what our host here said). In the end, the driver took us from a road which is 10 min longer but with no toll. I'm pretty sure this driver knew he was blacklisted since he tried to recharge for the toll stand via phone but didn't succeed. You should stay at this place if you book a cab to the airport by yourself.

You can prefer this hotel just for accessible location to airport! The hotel service was good, but the charger point was very tight, even the hot water wasn't available properly! That was a bit difficult situation!

Honest review people, do consider the below points before opting this hotel to stay. NEITHER will I prefer this hotel NOR will recommend to anyone again. The rooms look good only in the photos, trust me you'll be disappointed when you experience the real thing. The day before I arrived, I checked with the hotel whether breakfast can be provided to me on the day I check in, as I was arriving early and had the breakfast included on my package. They confirmed it can be provided, but on arrival the reception staff said that cannot be done as breakfast is available only after the day one checks in and if included in the package. I have the call recording as proof, but unfortunately there is no option to attach it so that you can clearly hear what they said and promised. Also they said that they do not have a canteen functioning and need to order the food from outside and will be provided to room. Some may prefer this as a benefit, but I wouldn't as the room will still have the smell of the food and will be uncomfortable until it wears off. The toilet was not functioning properly, the water that comes down when flushed was for name sake. I had to pour in extra water with bucket. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so the air does not flow and it starts to stink no matter how careful we are. I believe there are only 2 staff there to manage the entire hotel. The one at the reception was so arrogant when I spoke of the breakfast issue. She was even making faces at my back! TOTALLY RUDE! No airport pickup, no facility to arrange the cabs and the recommendation was to use UBER/OLA to get to hotel from airport. I stayed there one day as I had no other option. 2nd day first thing I checked out! The only benefit is that it is near to the Airport. The rooms are not worth the money I paid, I would give 750 per day for this good for nothing hotel.

The rooms are old but renovated and looks decent. Apart from this we did not like any of the services. We found small cockroaches in our room and the washroom . The receptionist was rude and did not have basic ethics to speak to guests. We had visited this hotel multiple times due to its proximity to the airport. As usual we requested an airport pick and drop service. We were not intimated that there were changes in their taxi service and they no longer provided their own taxis. During the check-in we were requested to give the taxi bill in cash (previously the bills used to be settled along with hotel charges and cards were accepted), when we enquired the reason for changes the receptionist very rudely replied that it was informed when we booked the service and I was sure which was not the case. There was no reason for being rude when we were just curious about the changes. I would never want to return to a hotel where staffs have such attitude. Two stars are only bcos of the renovated rooms.

Poor room service . Staff is unprofessional , they are least bother about the customer services. Interiors of the rooms are old fashioned . Bathroom doors are damaged, feel like haunted inside the room. No kitchen service is available , make sure that u have Zomato app downloaded in ur smartphone. Please avoid staying in this so called "presidency" hotel at Bangalore.

Excellent staff members with clean and tasty food at good price. Had a nice birthday party.

We stayed there on Dec 1. We booked it from make my trip. We paid for hotel room and airport pickup and drop off. We waited at airport two hour for pick up. Rooms are not very clean and find cockroaches in room. Bathroom are not clean towel were very old and turn grey. No hair dryer in room. No proper internet. Not a good hotel for international travellers
