Bekwash hotel common washroom bhi nhi ha please don't stay this place because comman facilities is so bad and helpfull nature of recipients so bad nature not help of other women for wash rooms NOT HAPPY

Stayed here for almost 28 days. Arrogant receptionist (male). Thinks that he has gave you 5 star amenities. And treats you like you are desperate to stay in his hotel. Entire kitchen have 3 people as staff. No WiFi, lacks at cleanliness. Don't recommend. Advice to owner: Change the receptionist. You are not getting proper feedback and updates from you staff.

Good connectivity to railway station and main road. The staff is curteous and prompt with their service. The rooms are a bit small in size. Food and laundry service is close to noon existent. Good individuals on personal/business trip. Not suitable for families

hotel is at perfect location. very close to station and bus stand. the rates are a bit higher than overall package it offers. cleanliness is not very good. rooms are ok sized. there is no room service.

Good hotel,its open 24 hours ,n good room service but you have to pay little high couse they believe in good n better quality,it is situated near railway station,so good locality,

Dirty, smelly rooms and poor customer service!! In our 24 hr stay, there was no water twice for 20 mins each time. One of our friends room was not even cleaned out before they were checked in. All I can say positive is the boys who were sent to clean the rooms were very nice and apologetic!!

Have been travelling for work and stayed in many hotels in many cities. First time in Bhilwara and this hotel ruined the trip. 1.Staff is rude and indifferent. 2. Currently having breakfast and staff refused to turn on the AC. It is 38 degree outside. 3. Breakfast included means bread toast, poha, paranthas - plain and aloo stuffing, tea. That is it. 4. Will not send to room. U better sweat and eat it in restaurant. 5. Cook was smoking bidi in kitchen. Was shirtless. 6. Biggest positive and negative of any hotel is receptionist. This one was rude, ignorant and offered no help to guest who has reached there at 11.30pm and were hungry. Only water and cold drinks available. Was biggest mistake to book and stay here. Oyo just played with us. They dont check the properties and get them verified. WORST EXPERIENCE
