Service is very fast. You will get anything you want in a very short period of time. The location is at a good place close to day to day accessories. The air conditioners in the room are also good. Restaurant Food is too yummy.
I strongly recommend to don't use banquet or any party in this hotel. It is not for property but it is for ivory hall manager mr gurvinder Singh, he has lots of attitude full of ego. He need training of hospitality. He will demolished hotel. I m from corporate so I always arrange meeting and events in different locations but it is wrost due to this guy.

We went and asked for room availability and he behaved like he is king of Meerut and gave worst treatment looks like moving from one place to other place and ignorance towards customer.
