Rooms aren't well maintained. However, the service provided by the staff was really good and they we were very well behaved and polite. Location wise, it's really good.

Hotel Is available at Good Location everything is good but the rooms of this hotel is very old model no renovation made by the hotel still the interior and the bathrooms are like 20years back rooms no buffet in breakfast only u can order selected items if u order more than u have to pay for this.

This is a very unprofessional hotel, the reception staffs are ill mannered and cons they will commit you one price and during billing they will charge you 500 extra as their commission. House keeping service is the worst.

Worst room service & ver bad experience I have. 1- Room cleaning is worst. 2-Mattress used I think very old just feeling like sleeping in wood bed. 3- Water not coming properly in room no 205. 4- Cockroach are frequently moving in room & birth room. 5- On the price point of view not a small amount Rs2500 Hope management will work on it

One of the worst hotel of the city. High price Costly food Rude staff Cockroach in the room When complaint about the service MD of the hotel rather than taking the action asked to check out the hotel. Not suggested , you can check other hotel in same price with better facilities and services.

Second time visit but service not received as earlier even room is also differ than last time.

Rooms are not good .U can find a better hotel at the same price. Rooms are not properly ventilated, the room always smells bad. Even things like shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair oil are not provided.The Charging plug also not working
