We were having a get-together here so our team booked multiple rooms...... Other than the main block all other areas and annexes are badly kept..... Not well maintained.... They have all the amenities pool, spa, bar and a well placed location close up in the city of kalpetta ...... But their rooms are not upto standard.
Stayed here for 3 days with family. Food is limited option but good. Location is good , inside the city and everything is available near by. Rooms had issues but sorted out fast.
Stayed here for 2nights... Resort definitely needs a renovation swimming pool was so dirty and Room exterior was looking haunted house full of spider webs and Room had a bad odour in the ground floor and Landline in the room was not working inspite of reporting no one fixed it so had to call from our mobile time every time to report a issue... Hot water was also not available.. Coming to the food break fast which was complimentary was average and food ordered for dinner was pathetic in taste and highlight of the food served was found chicken bone in veg fried rice ordered... Overall not upto the mark and price not worth the stay...

I travelled solo on a bike trip and I booked this hotel. Non AC room. 1. Very old property, needs renovation. No lift. 2. Avoid food. Eat outside. Quantity is fine but the taste itself is not good. 3. Central location in Kalpetta town. 4. Didn't get hot water in the evening. Only comes in the morning. 5. Lot of parking space. 6. TV screen was full of spots. Couldn't see properly. 7. Wifi is bad. Keeps disconnecting. Low speed. 8. Sleep quality is fine. No noise because it's in an inner street. Bed is comfortable. Overall the quality is lacking. Just an ok hotel for sleeping and showering.

Staff here is really good. We booked room in hotel and we cancelled it due to cancellation of trip. They refunded amount in very less time. If we plan to come to Wayanad anytime we will definitely book room in this hotel.
