i travelled varanasi with my mom & brother. my train was delayed & i reached 4pm but hotel staff did warm welcomed. its 2km far from Kashi Vishwanath temple. local e-auto charge Rs100/- till temple it goes Rs20/- or Rs30/- per person. Ola, uber & swiggy , zomato worked for this hotel location. talking about Food beat Starter, continental, south indian, chinese---this hotel make sure you dont loose great taste of food. FOR FOOD --- HARI VILAAS is 5 STAR at VARANASI. Room Service is Good . only you cant get view coz space issue at city.

Absolutely stunning place. Loved my stay here. The staff and the manager are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are super clean. I stayed in the Family room. It had 3 beds. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with a mini fridge, tea coffee machine, etc. The food service there was top notch and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is situation right in the market area and the main kashi vishwanath temple is only 1km away( 10mins by toto or rickshaw).

Bokked this hotel for 5days stay in varanasi seeing the customer rating 4.1 in make my trip. Location wise it is in some very interior area so auto costs you more. But this is the worst hotel i have ever booked in mmt. Booked a family room with this hotel costing us around Rs 5k to 6k but its not worth. Although ghats and kashidham mandir is not very far from this hotel but not also very near to it as mentioned in mmt. Room is very small for 4 people and a child. Most importantly staff is not at all responsive, fan not working properly, ac doesnot cool your room. Door lock card not working, they then gave us a key for the room which still doesnot work while opening. Everytime you have to call hotel staff for opening the lock. Asked for room change they ignored us because payment is already done as it was booked in mmt. Hotel restaurent food very bad quality too spicy etc and most importantly too pricey. And too slow also, yesterday we ordered coffee 4cups, they gave us the coffe after 1.5 hours after four reminder. They donot clean your room, even after repeated reminders, in 5 days stay our room got sheets changed only for one day. Donot trust mmt for hotel booking.

Room type - Superior room with breakfast.Occupants - 3 Adults: Mother, father and myself.Location of hotel is very interior, not a single hotel in vicinity. Need to walk a lot to reach main road to get local transportation. Please note hotel doesn't have any parking for vehicles. Room size was just just average, not worthy considering high price tarrif. Room size is decent for 2 people only.Room service is extremely poor. Requests will not be attended without multiple follow-ups, few times even the requests might not be attended at all and simply ignored.Breakfast served is average with very limited options in buffet style.An extra mattress, bedsheet and a pillow is provided in case there are more than 3 people, but as mentioned room size is decent for 2 people only.Hotel mentions Wifi connectivity, but in actual, there's no successful data connection (showed connected to WiFi, but no internet connection). Hotel has an inhouse restaurant which serves decent food, but food is very expensive. GST is charged over and above the listed price on any food item and also on water bottle, cold drink, tea etc.The almirah was very very small, it was 2 feet wide and only 6 inches deep. Next problem lies in toilet seat placement, it's very difficult for any tall person to sit on the toilet seat as there is very small space left. Lastly, the washbasin tap is too long, causing splashing of water or injury in case person puts his or her head down for washing face. Other negative thing about hotel is that they provide only 2 half litre water bottles per day irrespective of the number of people in the room. For an extra 1 litre bottle they charge 40Rs plus GST, actual price of the same bottle mentioned is just 20Rs. They are charging twice the price. For cold drink also charged twice the price, a 40Rs cold drink can is charged at 80Rs + GST. To summarise, it's an over rated hotel, highly overpriced considering the services and location, and also there's no parking. Not recommended for family. There are multiple good hotel options in Varanasi Cantt area which are much much better than this.

One of the best hotel in VARANASI. It had all the amenities (included breakfast & dinner) which was too good .The area where it is located is also in proximity to most of the tourist spots in Varanasi. Hotel staff were also very nice to us. Lastly I would like to conclude that This was One Of The Great Value Hotel...

value for money is not as expected, hygiene needs to be improved some of us in our group had stomach upset. There is renovation going on, it's better if the restaurant is opened after completing the work

Well furnished room and excellent service & food taste. The only place of development is their front office. Since I had a late check out, I settled with a gentleman named Aman to pay some certain additional amount. While checking out, this gentleman was not available at reception and miscommunicated with his colleague conveing a different amount, which is higher. However, later, they didn't charge it on my dissatisfaction. Orelse everything was up to the mark. Hope they will show more professionalism in the future. My best wishes for the hotel

The room and service provided to us was just fine,nothing great. We had hired a taxi from Prayagraj and travelled to Varanasi, when we asked at the reception to provide a dormitory for the cab driver they denied,which is fine (Because some hotels don't have that facility) so the driver slept in the cab overnight. The driver asked for water in the middle of the night and the hotel staff denied him to provide some water to the needy. How can someone be so selfish,inhuman to not provide water who's thirsty.Take this seriously and change your attitude towards people
