Overall an excellent stay for 2 nights. Great location and great rooms for the price paid. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Special mention to Ganesh and the chap who booked us in on arrival (sorry, forgotten name!). Both extremely helpful. Thank you.

During my stay, I initially encountered a peculiar odor in the room I was assigned. However, upon bringing this concern to the attention of the reception staff, I was pleasantly surprised by their swift and accommodating response. They promptly arranged for a room change to one that was notably more comfortable and pleasant. I must commend the hotel staff for their exceptional friendliness and willingness to assist. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience left a lasting impression. This establishment is a recommendable choice, particularly for those traveling on a budget. The combination of responsive customer service and affordability makes it a favorable option for travelers seeking comfort and value.

Is a very good budget hotel. All basic facilities available.. plus they have 24/7 restaurant and front desk which is pleasant. Services provided by Raja at the reception and Saurabh at the restaurant were exceptional.

Average rooms. Very small. Not at all spacious. Geyser not working efficiently. Cleanliness is good. So is location. Outside food is not allowed and the restaurant inside is super expensive for a place like this. Service is okay but the guys at reception have to put down their attitude. Attitude doesn't make make you look classy.

We always stay here when we are in Delhi. You can't beat the location, right in the thick of things in Paharganj with the main bazaar and all it's shops & eateries. And only a short walk from New Delhi station and the metro link to the airport. It's great value, rooms are not expensive and if you ask for a room in the "new wing" these are the best rooms. We didn't this time and we had an older room but it was still spacious, comfortable and clean, if a little tired. We found the service to be exemplary, we had some complications with room payments and refunds and Ajay, Mr. Rajput and the staff could not do enough to help us even though it wasn't really their problem. If you are looking for a central location that's great value with super service and right in the middle of the action, stay here. A comfortable stay in budget. The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean. Considering my earlier stay in a hotel in that area at almost the same price this one is far far better.

Arrive early morning and area looked deserted and run down but that changed rapidly. Great bed , clean and with a decent bathroom which ticks my boxes. To gain a real Indian experience the location was absolutely excellent. We used the travel company located in the lobby and they were very good to deal with. We hired a car for the day twice with the same driver and he was safe, knowledgeable, spoke good English and I could not recommend him highly enough. One day exploring Delhi and another day trip to Lucknow
