One of the best hotels in Patiala. Neat and clean spacious rooms. Polite staff. Main usp is it's centralised location, just opposite Baradari park and Club.

Location is excellent, just on the main road. Rooms are spacious but need maintenance in terms of cleanliness and equipment in working condition (intercom wasn't working). Food is satisfactory so we used to eat out mostly. Service needs a lot of improvement. Tarriff was reasonable.

Location is very good just walking distance from Leena bhawan light point..... interior was ok type not so good.....rooms were neet and clean....very spacious room with all amenities.... parking space is limited for 5-6 cars.... affordable room rent......food was good

Nice location and view from the hotel rooms. Hotel room has got all the required amenities and staff are cordial. Took no time for check-in or check-out. Got delicious for both Dinner and Breakfast. Staff attended whenever I called them for any type of service. The hotel has got parking also for the cab that I took for the journey.

Calm atmosphere and comfortable place to stay. I just stayed four nights with them and really enjoyed. Good Wi-Fi and hot water. Highly recommend this place who find a place to stay in Patiala.

near and clean rooms and bathroom. staff behavior was cooperative. food was satisfactory. portion of meal was nit enough. Nice location. easy approachable. Everything was good but traffic noise was quite disturbing as outside highway was very busy whole night.

The property did not win my confidence as rooms are old and not matching the tariff. However one of the person, sardar ji (there were 2 person) at reception was very polite . The blankets were not covered, however they told me that they are going to do that. Even food was not that great as i ordered soup which was totally tasteless . I may not like to stay there again . A hotel should be cozy, safe and should be following , sticking and complying to basics in today's time and should not be complacent towards safety of all customers /travellers .
