Food is great. Room call service and breakfast service attentiveness needs improvement. Overall good hotel with value for money
It's a decent hotel near the railway station. The rooms are well maintained. The service can be better. On day 1 I got a large stone in my food. On day 2 I got a very smelly and unwashed towel.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
The location is just the " heart of the city ".
Rooms are good. Service is pretty nice.

Buffet breakfast is good.
This hotel is old and needs renovation. The walls are damp and generate a very swampy smell. Sheets were not that clean. Wash rooms are now old and toilet & tiles need change. For the price they charge, it is not worth. The restaurant and the food is good with great service from Mr Vikram.
Worst experience. The rooms were stinky, dirty, old and broken. Washroom had seepage.
No good service, no towels available.
Cockroaches were roaming around in the bathroom.
The food was decent, rest everything was worst.
Rooms were clean and spacious. There was no wifi in rooms but lobby had wifi. They gave mattresses for kids at decent cost. Staff was good. Food was good. Breakfast very good. Will stay again.
"Not a 3 star hotel "
We had booked 2 premium rooms and overall experience was not good.. They have big rooms but they have untrained reception staff and they don't know how to deal with guests. One of our room's bathroom didn't had normal water supply and they were not able to solve throughout of 2 nights of stay. Swimming pool was dirty and non usable. Breakfast was average not worth of a 3 star hotel price, you better opt for outside or Zomato from good restaurants in the City. Overall not a 3 star hotel at all.

Linen Quality - Torn Towels, Stained Linen.
Value for Money - Not at all -
Breakfast Spread - Bad - Nothing from Live counter - Dosa as per order.
